Először rendeltem, de tudom ajánlani bárkinek. A vártnál hamarabb került kiszállításra a termék, és még a szállítási címen is lehetett módosítani telefonos egyeztetés alapján.

Katasztrófális szállítási színvonal! Az első megrendelésem 2db azonos mintával készült, különböző méretű (Gabbeh Loom beige)szőnyeg volt. Küldtek két különböző mintájút! Most érkezett a második megrendelésem. 1 db Gabbeh Loom beige 250x80-ast rendeltem, és 300x80-ast kaptam! A csomagon az állt, hogy a tartalma 250x80-as! Ez volt az utolsó megrendelésem!

Teljeskörűen elégedett vagyok. A szőnyeggel és a cégük által nyújtott szolgáltatással egyaránt. Egyetlen megjegyzésem van, ami számomra problémát jelentett, hogy nincs magyarul is kommunikáló ügyintézőjük. Ezt viszont magamnak is hiányosságként rovom fel, mivel a mai világban elvárható, hogy legalább egy idegen nyelvet beszéljen az ember.
Összességében csupán köszönetemet tudom közvetíteni Önöknek és sok sikert kívánok további munkájukhoz!

A csomagolás miatt a szőnyeg nagyon gyurodott, ezt vasalassal is csak mérsékelni lehet. Ez 4 vásárlás tapasztalata.

Regarding the folds on the rugs, the reason we fold them for transportation is because they are packed in accordance to the standards and norms provided to us from our shipping partners UPS and Fedex. The folding minimizes the risk of the rug being damaged due to the fact that there is less surface area, furthermore, the transportation costs are also minimized (which allows us to offer free shipping to our customers within the EU). If you have fold marks in your rug they should disappear by themselves after a short while. A happy and healty New Year wishes your CarpetVista-Team
